Shipping & Returns

Xuan Tea will ship your order promptly upon receipt of payment, honoring any specified instructions for faster delivery.  We generally offer you the choice of United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) and provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress online.   For orders in North America, we also offer next-day air so you can get your tea in a hurry for a last minute gift or other occasion.

Orders that are entitled to free ground shipping will be shipped with the same courtesy and promptness as orders for which you pay the shipping.  Free shipping will generally utilize USPS or UPS but we reserve the right to choose an alternate reputable carrier (e.g., Priority Mail, with tracking, from the U.S. Postal Service).  In either case, we will provide you with the appropriate tracking information.

All packages are shipped from our home site in New Jersey.  This allows us to reach most customers in North America via overnight shipping.  All our teas have been imported to America by passing through the proper channels, including FDA registration.

Xuan Tea is happy to serve tea drinkers all over the world.  We offer several USPS and UPS international shipping services all with available tracking numbers.  Using USPS or UPS Express services, Xuan Tea can deliver your tea to almost anywhere in the world in just 3 days!

To assure the freshness of your tea, our international shipping services are limited to airmail.  However, if you'd like to make a bulk purchase of pu'er teas, please contact us at service@xuantea.com and we can arrange alternative shipping for you at a lower rate.

Xuan Tea is confident in the superior quality of tea we carry in our store.  However, tea comes in thousands of flavors, and not every tea is suited to every drinker.  We want our customers to be satisfied, not only with the quality of our products and service, but also with the types of tea they receive.

Therefore, Xuan Tea is proud to have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days. 

Please contact us first at  service@xuantea.com for return instructions.  When we have received the goods, you will receive a full refund if no more than one-quarter of the package (by weight) has been consumed.  Individual situations may be handled on an individual basis.

Notes: buyers are responsible for return shipping.  For items purchased with a gift certificate, we are only able to credit the gift certificate in case of a return.
